North German hospitality embraces the world. Our head chef Sebastian Golle reimagines culinary classics, presenting a mouthwatering kaleidoscope that ranges from simple and comforting to elegantly refined. Our ingredients are seasonal, regional and we work hand-in-hand with local producers. FLOWERZ with its commitment to full complete transparency, carefully selected top quality products from the region, a brand-new high-tech kitchen with a lava stone grill, will make you happy. Very happy. In good weather, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace until late in the evening.
And have we mentioned our special service concept? Whether you’re dining at our restaurant or staying here as a hotel or conference guest, we want you to go home amazed and say: “Wow! What a great time! What’s going on in Kaltenkirchen? And when can I come back?”
The Flowerz is open from Monday to Saturday from 17.00 to 22.30 (kitchen closes at 21:30). Sunday is a day off.
